A larger 20ml bottle of Lavender essential oil. The word ‘aromatherapy’ was first used in the 1920’s by French chemist Rene Maurice Gattefossé, following a lucky accident in his laboratory.
Lavender today is used in a multitude of natural health products and cosmetics and is one of the most popular essential oils in the practice of aromatherapy. The soothing properties of Lavender essential oil will help improve relaxation and help to promote a good night’s sleep. Used on the skin, Lavender is effective for soothing skin and can also provide nourishment to dry or sun-chapped skin.
Full ingredients:
Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil

Directions:
MASSAGE: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil. BATH: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil and swirl into water. VAPORISING: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
