Lemon is one of those lovely citrus fragrances that lifts a dark mood and reminds you of summer. All citrus fruits originate in China, but lemons are now grown throughout Southern Europe, North West America and the Middle East. The average Lemon tree if grown in a warm enough climate, will continually produce fruit all year which is good as it takes 1,000 whole lemons to yield just 650g of essential oil.
In the practice of aromatherapy, Lemon is used to uplift your mood. When applied in a massage blend, this stimulating oil will also help to detox the lymphatic system and improve circulation.
Full ingredients:
Citrus limon (lemon) oil

Directions:
MASSAGE: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil. BATH: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil and swirl into water. VAPORISING: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
