Full ingredients:

Purified Water, Sunflower Oil containing Phosphatidylcholine (The Phospholipids used to make Liposomes), Natural Vegetable Glycerin (Coconut derived), Xylitol (Natural Sweetener), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 from Lichen), Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7), Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol), Citric Acid, Blueberry and Strawberry Extracts (Natural Flavours). We use Vegan friendly Vitamin D sourced from Lichen algae.

Directions:

1 sachet (15ml) per day. Have straight from the sachet or add to water, smoothies, shakes, porridge, yoghurt and more. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Do Not freeze. You can store refrigerated.
