Vitabiotics Osteocare Liquid is 100% fat free and contain no dairy products. Ideal for those using soya milk wishing to regain calcium and magnesium in diets. Carefully combining calcium with co-factors including vitamin D, zinc and magnesium. It helps contribute to normal functioning nervous system and muscles. The vitamin D helps the body to further absorb the calcium, enhancing the effects of this liquid.

Directions:

Adults: 2 teaspoonful’s twice daily.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding: 2 teaspoonful’s twice daily.
