Directions:

Tear off top of gel pack (if on the move, tear slowly so that the litter tab catches the top of the packaging). Consume entire contents of pack. Consume 1 to 3 gels per hour depending on experience level. Remember to consume plenty of fluid alongside TORQ Gels if perspiration rates are high.
