Ingredients: maltodextrin, soya protein isolate, vegetable fibre (inulin) (7%), soya bean oil, natural strawberry and natural vanilla flavouring with other natural flavourings, vitamins and minerals (calcium hydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide, vitamin C, iron pyrophosphate, zinc sulphate, vitamin E, niacin, pantothenic acid, manganese sulphate, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin, vitamin A, folic acid, sodium selenite, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, vitamin K1, biotin, vitamin D, vitamin B12), emulsifier (soya lecithin), freeze dried strawberries (0.8%), colour (beetroot red), thickener (xanthan gum), acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose).

Directions:

"Take 240ml of water, add 4 level scoops of powder (60g) to the water (scoop in pouch), shake well for approximately 20 seconds. For best results use a shaker or blender and ice. Zip shut your pouch immediately after use, store in a cool, dry place."
