OatWell™ is a natural oat bran powder rich in oat beta-glucan, which is scientifically proven to lower cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease.
One serving (2 teaspoons or 11g) of OatWell™ per day contains 3g oat beta-glucan, enough to reduce your blood cholesterol levels and equivalent to three bowls of porridge oats. Sprinkle once a day onto yoghurt, cereal or porridge - perfect for use in baking. Alternatively, add to 200ml-250ml of milk or dairy alternative, fruit juice or smoothies.

Directions:
Sprinkle 2 heaped teaspoons (11g) of OatWell Original (containing 3g oat beta-glucan) once a day onto your yoghurt, cereal or porridge. Alternatively, add to 200-250ml of milk or dairy alternative, fruit juice or smoothie, stirring well until thoroughly mixed and drink immediately.
