It has the taste and texture of porridge but contains no added sugar and no oats for a tasty keto-friendly breakfast. Crunchy and filling, the chia seeds in this delicious mix are sourced from the sunny fields of South America, where the chia plants have been cultivated for thousands of years. There, they were thought of so highly in Aztec times that the locals paid them as legal tender to their kings. Very temperamental, the chia plant can only grow under very specific conditions. We only source chia that grows in its natural ocurring range and it is looked after by local farmers who follow innovative cultivation and harvesting methods that were passed down through generations.

Chia seeds [Salvia hispanica] (26%), Desiccated Coconut, Milled Flaxseeds, Hemp seeds, Sweeteners (Erythritol, Steviol glycoside), Coconut flour, Raspberry powder (2%), Strawberry powder (2%).

Directions:

Mix one serve (60g) with 140ml of your favourite milk, heat for 90 seconds in a microwave (800W) or to the desired consistency on the hob. Leave to cool, stir and enjoy! Alternatively, mix one serve (60g) with 140ml of your favourite cold milk in a bowl, leave for 10 minutes for the ingredients to absorb the liquid, stir and enjoy! Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Once opened, consume within 1 month.
