Minvita Gaba Jasmine Rice is Organic Sprouted GABA Rice, also called Germinated Brown Rice (GBR), is made from top quality Thai jasmine wholegrain rice which is naturally germinated before milling.
The germination process encourages production of vitamins, nutrients and amino acids in the rice kernel in preparation for growth. When the maximum possible nutrition level is reached after 24 hours, we parboil it, locking in all the added vitamins, nutrients and amino acids, especially gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
