Holland & Barrett Brewer's yeast is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is a tiny organism made from the one-celled fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It can be used to make beer as well as nutritional supplements.

Brewer's Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)(Cereals containing Gluten), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
