What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• These capsules combine fish, flaxseed oil and starflower oil to help obtain sufficient quantities of essential fatty acids in a contaminant free, pure form.

• Essential fatty acids are considered ‘essential’ as they cannot be made by the body and must be consumed within the diet. Take two soft gel capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
