Holland & Barrett Vitamin C and Zinc Fizz is a convenient and great tasting food supplement.
Vitamin C and Zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, supports normal collagen formation and energy-yeilding metabolism.
Full ingredients:
Citric Acid, Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Sweetners (Sorbitol, Sucralose), Polyethyene Glycol, Zinc Gluconate, Orange Flavouring, Colour (Riboflavin).

Directions:
Take one tablet daily, dissolved in 200ml glass of water. Do not exceed stated dose.
