Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil Supplement has been made to nourish your body with two fatty acids that it can’t make by itself: Linolenic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). These Evening Primrose Oil Supplements also contain vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of normal hormonal activity.
Human breast milk is one of the richest natural sources of GLA, whilst LA can be found in safflower, hemp and sunflower oils.
What are the benefits of Gamma Linolenic Acid and Linolenic Acid?
The benefits of evening primrose and starflower oil all rely on the fatty acids they contain: GLA and LA, which are both made from the seeds of each plant.

Directions:
Take one to two softgel capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
