Holland & Barrett Dried Apricots are a fun and tasty treat for all of you Apricot advocates out there and are great as an addition to all kinds of recipes! Naturally sweet, these dried apricot are a delicious treat and are perfect as an addition to your porridge, granola, low-fat plain yogurt, flapjacks or Moroccan tagine.
Why not try mixing finely chopped prunes, almonds, coconut, cinnamon and maple syrup, and stuff some apricots for a sweet treat? Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
