5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) cannot be sourced from the diet. 5-HTP is made by the body from the amino acid tryptophan, which is then changed into the neurotransmitter known as serotonin.

Full ingredients:
Maltodextrin, Capsule Shell (Gelatine), 5-Hydroxytryptophan, Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Niacin (as Nictoinamide), Antt-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate).

Directions:
