Our signature yoghurt coating smothers Turkish apricots (specially selected for their natural caramel flavour), roasted brown-skinned Californian almonds and shreds of toasted coconut in this tasty bar.
Little puffs of rice lighten the mix (each grain is smaller than your standard rice crispie. It works better that way) which is carefully jumbled with a dash of honey syrup at our Makery to give

Yoghurt flavour coating 30% (palm kernel oil, MILK whey, sugar, dried yoghurt (MILK), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), dried apricots 17%, shredded coconut 14%, glucose syrup, crisped rice (rice, sugar), ALMONDS 10%, honey 5%.
