Ingredients

  • ½ cup soya flour 

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp corn starch

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 egg

  • 150ml soya milk 

  • ½ tsp lemon juice 

Method

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Pour batter onto hot pan or griddle and cook on medium heat.

Flip when browned.

Serve with pumpkin seeds, honey and your favourite fruit.
