  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • ½ red pepper, sliced
  • Handful sugarsnap peas
  • Large handful spinach leaves
  • 1 small chilli, sliced
  • 1 serving of Eat Water noodles
For the dressing:

Method

1. Prepare the noodles according to packet instructions then drain. 2. Place all of the prepared vegetables and drained noodles in a large bowl. 3.
