Method

Step 1 Mix together all the dry ingredients. Add the maple syrup and hot water and mix with the coconut oil. Step 2 Knead of all the ingredients until well combined into a ball of dough Step 3 Flour your working surface. Roll the dough out evenly and use cookie cutters to make your desired gingerbread men shapes Step 4 Place the gingerbread men on to baking trays and bake for 15 minutes in pre-heated (180C) oven for about 15 minutes (or golden in colour).
