Vegan chocolate & berry french toast

Discover the best french toast recipe ever! Incredibly quick & simple to make, comforting and rich, you won't believe that this delicious breakfast option is also vegan and a great source of fibre.

Method

In a large bowl, mix together the plant-based milk, Naturya organic Chia+ Chocolate, the coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Dip the bread in the mix and wipe off any excess.

Add 1-2 tsp of coconut oil to a large non-stick frying pan.

Gently fry each slice of bread on both sides until crisp.

Stack with crunchy Cacao & Hazelnut superfood spread in-between slices.

Garnish with fresh berries.
