Full ingredients:
malt syrup, sugar, glucose, thickener: pectin (E440), 99% standardised extract of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-htp) (provided by griffon simplicifolia seed extract), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330),antioxidant: sodium citrate (E331), passiflora incarnata, passion fruit flavouring, carnauba wax, purple carrot juice concentrate.

Directions:
Chew 2 Yumi gummies per day, ideally 30 minutes before bedtime. Caution: Do not exceed recommended dose. Store in a cool dry place. This product should be stored out of reach of young children. If you are taking any medications or antidepressants such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult GP if adverse reactions occur.
