Directions:

To let the turmeric reveal its full potential, we recommend preparing this tea as a “Golden Milk”: simply place the tea bag in milk and bring this to the boil (100 °C) before letting it steep for at least 5 minutes, thereby allowing the milk to cool to a safe drinking temperature.
