For relief of rheumatic and muscular pain and stiffness as well as backache, fibrositis, sprains and bruising. An excellent oil for massaging into the affected area bringing warmth and relief of pain and to help prevent stiffening. Suitable for vegans. Made with organically grown arnica, birch, lavender and rosemary.
Full ingredients:
Oil extract from Arnica flowers, Birch leaves, Lavender-Lavandin Oil, Rosemary Oil.

Apply sparingly 3-4 times daily. Ideally Massage Balm should be used after a warm bath or shower, while the skin is still damp. Shake The Bottle.
Do not apply where the skin is broken. If redness or itching occurs discontinue use. May stain clothing if used in excess. Discard 3 months after opening.
