This powerful Vitamin B mattifying serum is rich in Niacinamide, which is known to help to reduce the appearance of redness and spots. It helps to regulate sebum and improve the appearance of blemishes associated with problem skin. Panthenol leaves skin soft, smooth, and deeply hydrated.
