Here’s how Fibre + (containing inulin fibre and LactoSpore®) works inside your body:
LactoSpore®: this patented bacteria blend contains 200 million colony forming units of the live bacteria Bacillus coagulans.
Inulin: this is a source of dietary fibre, which is an essential part of a healthy, balanced diet. Inulin fibre: this dietary fibre has been proven to support digestive health and promotes digestive wellbeing.

Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Inulin, Sweeteners (Sorbitol, Sucralose), Polyethylene Glycol, Mint Flavouring, Maltodextrin, LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans).

Directions:
