Osteocare has been scientifically developed on the basis of the very latest research to provide a rich source of calcium, magnesium and zinc which contribute to the maintenance of normal bone plus Vitamin D which helps with the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium by the body. Also contains Vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage.

Directions:
Two to three tablets daily with a main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Swallow without chewing.
