Solgar Turmeric Root Extract capsules are suitable for vegans. Whilst many of us are familiar with turmeric as a spice, the bright yellow turmeric extract root has also been used thousands of years. Native to south east Asia, turmeric is a relative of the ginger plant. Due to its distinctive colour and flavour, it's commonly dried and ground to be used as a spice in cooking. The bright yellow colour of turmeric is caused by the plant’s main active ingredient, curcumin.

Directions:
