Liquid Vitamin B12 2000 µg with B-Complex is a naturally occurring B-Complex vitamin that promotes the health of the nervous system and healthy blood cell formation, and supports energy metabolism.

Vitamin B12 is naturally found in fish, dairy produce, organ meats, beef, pork, nuts and seeds and is a water soluble vitamin. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal function of the nervous and immune system and contributes to normal red blood cell formation.

Directions:
