Solgar Full Spectrum Curcumin 185x Softgels are good for better & faster absorption. Solgar® full spectrum unlocks the power of curcumin with a form that has 185x greater bioavailability than standard curcumin and is the most absorbable form of turmeric. The active ingredients in turmeric include beneficial flavonoids called curcuminoids. These Softgels are sugar, salt and starch free.

Directions:
