Solgar’s magnesium supplement uses chelated magnesium, a version of the mineral which is more easily, and quickly digested, and absorbed than traditional forms. Magnesium is an essential mineral which supports a number of roles in the body, including regulating calcium absorption, releasing energy, and supporting normal nerve and muscle function. Chelated magnesium is easily absorbed by the body.

Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Magnesium (as bisglycinate, oxide), Glazing Agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from rapeseed oil, palm kernel oil, coconut oil)), Anti-caking Agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
