Full ingredients:
Glucose syrup, elderberry extract, purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions:
10ml (2 caps/teaspoons) daily. Children over 12; 5ml (1 cap/teaspoon) daily. For Winter Use; Adults; 10ml (2 caps teaspoons) four times daily. Children over 12; 5ml (1 cap/teaspoon) twice daily.
