D-LIMONENE, PINENES (ALPHA OR BETA),G-TERPINENE, DELTA-3-CARENE, EUCALYPTOL, LONGIFOLENE.Naturally occurring in essential oils.

Directions:
Directions: • Hold the inhaler 1 cm from the nostril, hold the other nostril closed and inhale the fragrance of the essential oils 3 times. • Repeat with the other nostril. • Do not use more than 5 times a day. Warnings: Not to be used by children under 7 years old, by pregnant women or breastfeeding women, by anyone with a prior history of convulsions or epileptic seizures, and by anyone allergic to essential oils. For people receiving medical treatment and for children, seek the advice of a health professional. External use only. Do not swallow. May cause an allergic skin reaction. If medical advice is needed, have product label at hand. Keep out of the reach of children. IF ON SKIN: wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: seek medical advice. Dispose of the contents/container in accordance with regulations. Use within 6 months after opening.
