Himalayan pink salt: Mineral-rich salt sourced from the Himalayas
When most people think of salt, fine table salt springs to mind, but salt doesn’t start life like that. All salt is derived by evaporating salt water from oceans and seas, or extracting it from salt mines. Himalayan salt is mined in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains in Pakistan.
It can be used just like normal salt in cooking, to make a Solay drink, or for a relaxing salt bath.
Himalayan salt can be used to make Solay: Himalayan sea salt can also be used to make an energized mineral drink, known as Solay. Simply add spring water to enjoy after exercise and restore a natural balance to your body.
