Microorganisms (Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, Lactobacillus gasseri CUL09), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Cranberry Extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Tricalcium Phosphate), Corn Maltodextrin, Magnesium Hydroxide, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, take one capsule daily with food. Increase to two capsules per day if this is felt necessary. There may be certain times of the months when an increased supplemental dose might be deemed desirable
