PE Nutrition Creatine Capsules contain our ultra pure creatine monohydrate. Naturally found within the body, creatine is mainly produced in the liver then transported in the blood to the muscle cells. Creatine increases performance in high intensity exercise and as a result can be hugely beneficial to your training regime, whather it be spinning, jogging or weight training. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine, which can also be topped up in the diet by eating fish and red meat.
When you train, the initial burst of energy to contact your muscles comes from a substance called ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). When your muscle is about to contract, one of the three phosphates break away from the other two. This is where the energy for the initial muscle contraction is produced.
Once this release of energy has happened you are left with ADP (Adenosine Diphosphate). It's the job of creatine to reattach the detached phosphate to the ADP, thereby creating more ATP for the subsequent muscle contractions.

Take six capsules daily (three before exercise and three after exercise). Do not exceed stated dose.
