Always read the label before use
Directions:
Take 1 serving (approx. 3.5x5ml level tsps) 1-3 times per day. Mix with a mug of hot water, or drink of your choice. Sip it like tea for warming nourishment or use it as a nutritious base for your favourite recipes. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. This product does not contain anti-caking agents. Stir well to avoid clumping.
