Directions:

From birth to 12 years old: Give 0.5ml once daily directly into child's mouth or mix with food.

Babies from birth to 1 year of age who are being breastfed should be given a daily supplement containing 8.5 to 10 micrograms per day of vitamin D. Source nhs.co.uk.
