Marigold’s glorious Organic Engevita yeast flakes provide a rich source of protein and fibre, as well as B vitamins and minerals. It is a natural food grown on organic beet molasses. Delicious dissolved in water, milk, fruit/vegetable juices or sprinkled on soups stews and casseroles and cereals to enhance their flavour. Organic Engevita yeast flakes are also vegan and gluten free.
