Full ingredients:

Water, Buckwheat Honey, Manuka Honey (15%), Glycerin, Ginger
Extract, Propolis, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate),
Ascorbic Acid, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Flavourings (Lemon,
Peppermint) Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Wild Thyme Extract,
Folic Acid, Biotin, Cyanocobalamin.

Directions:

Store out of the reach of Children and below 30°, ideally at room temperature and please do not refrigerate. Sometimes in colder environments our honey syrups naturally granulate due to the honey content if this occurs warm gently to soften. SUGGESTED INTAKE Adults take 10ml (2 teaspoons) up to 4 times a day, up to 40ml daily. Children over Eight years old 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to 4 times a day up to 20ml daily. Do not exceed the daily dosage.
