- Once a day, easy to swallow; food supplement, which provides advanced nutrition for the eyes.
- Boosting the diet and enriching the macular pigment with ALL three key macula carotenoids Lutein, Zeaxanthin andMeso-Zeaxanthin.
- Each Macu-Save capsule contains 10mgMeso-Zeaxanthin, 10mg Lutein and 2mg Zeaxanthin –derived using extracts of the marigold flower (Tagetes Erecta).
Crucially these three ingredients are also the same three macular carotenoids found in high concentrations at the back of the eye within the yellow coloured filter or macular pigment.
Recent scientific research has shown that this precise combination of carotenoids to be of particular benefit … boosting the diet and enhancing the macular pigment. Significantly however, these three macular carotenoids are entirely derived from our diets and as such cannot be produced by the body. The macular pigment can therefore become severely depleted in those with a poor diet, lacking in the right foods that are rich in Lutein, Zeaxanthin orMeso-Zeaxanthin
