HotTea Mama’s Milk's Up is an award winning caffeine-free blend of fennel, nettle, fenugreek seeds, lemon verbena and star anise. These are natural galactagogues which have been used for millennia, but they also taste delicious.

Each pack contains 15 whole leaf, plastic free, biodegradable tea-like pyramids. They can be used to make 30 cups of infusion or more. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Full ingredients:

Rosemary, Fennel Seeds (20%), Aniseed (20%), Lemon Verbena, Nettle Leaf, Fenugreek Seeds (5%).

Directions:

Brew one tea bag per mug with 100 degree water, for 3-5 minutes. Brew each tea bag twice, according to your taste. Makes 30 cups of tea per pack. Store in a cool, dry place.
