Our timed release formula is designed to provide longer lasting action as the nutrients are released over an extended period of time. Timed Release Mega B-100 provides an excellent source of B vitamins to support normal energy yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate), Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Inositol, PABA (ParaAminobenzoic Acid), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin (as Nicotinamide), Choline Bitartrate, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Maltodextrin, Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Carnauba Wax, Glycerine), Emulsifier (Acacia Gum), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Biotin (as d- Biotin).

Directions:
Take one caplet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
