Vitamins C, E and Selenium support the protection of DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative damage. Both Selenium and Vitamin C are also used to support the normal function of the immune system.
Full ingredients:
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopherol), Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerol, Colour (Brown Iron Oxide)), Soya Bean Oil, Corn oil, Sunflower Oil, Selenium Yeast, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Beta Carotene, Thickener (Yellow Beeswax), Antioxidant (d-Alpha Tocopherol).

Directions:
Take one softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
