As psyllium husks pass through the body they turn into a gel which expands considerably, supporting the collection of waste products through the intestines.

Psyllium Husk Powder (Plantago ovata)(Sesame Seeds, Mustard), Capsule Shell (Gelatine).

Directions:
Take two capsules three times a day with a minimum of one cup (250ml) of water, 30-60 minutes before meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
