Holland & Barrett Potassium caplets are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Food sources of potassium include fruits (especially dried fruits and banana), vegetables, nuts and seeds. Potassium is an essential mineral that plays a role in muscle function and contributes in maintenance of normal blood pressure and the nervous system.

Potassium Gluconate, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
