Holland & Barrett Organic Wholegrain Long Grain Rice is organic, wholegrain, long grain brown rice. An alternative to white rice.

Cooking instructions: Combine rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil using 1 part rice to 1.5 parts water. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer and cook for 45 minutes. Remove from heat with lid on and steam for 10 minutes. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system
