Holland & Barrett Organic Brown Linseed can be added to your foods to give a little extra crunch! Sprinkle it on your cereals, add it to your muffins or simply mix it in with your favourite dish.
The health benefits of linseed (aka flax or flaxseed) have been known for thousands of years! Iron, Managanese and Copper contribute to the normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin, and the maintenance of normal vision. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Directions:
Take one tablespoon (approx 12g) two or three times a day immediately followed by two glasses of water, fruit juice or milk. After a few weeks liquid may be reduced depending on your own experience.
