Directions:
Add 50g of soya to 150ml of water and leave to swell. Add a tablespoon
of oil to enhance the flavour. This pack contains 375g of product which
will yeild approximately 1500g when rehydrated. Use as a replacement
for meat in recipes.
No need to brown.
