Glucomannan (Konjac fibre) has almost no calories, but is very high in fibre. It absorbs water in the stomach and then when in contact with water, glucomannan expands and can absorb up to 50 times its weight. Therefore, the recommended dosage of glucomannan is lower compared to other fibre supplements.

The complex also contains our popular weight management ingredients Green Coffee, Green tea, Bioperine and also Garcinia which is a natural food supplement in the context of a calorie controlled diet can support weight management. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with one to two glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.

Directions:
