Holland & Barrett Glucomannan & Chromium Capsules are rich in Konjac Fibre. Konjac Fibre has almost no calories, but is very high in fibre. In contact with water, glucomannan expands and can absorb up to 50 times its weight. Therefore, the recommended dosage of glucomannan is lower compared to other fibre supplements. Chromium supports the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations and contributes to normal macronutrient (fat, protein and carbohydrate) metabolism. Suitable for vegans.

Directions:
